The apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator.It consists of: an entrance, a living room with a sofa and fully equipped open kitchen area, a bathroom with a sink, a bathtub and WC, a bedroom area with a double bed (140 cm, slatted bed base on the floor)on the mezzanine as well as a dressing-room and a shower room, with a sink, a shower and WC. Please note that access to the mezzanine is via a small, narrow staircase, which may be difficult for people with reduced mobility.
The accommodation also benefits from reversible air conditioning and Wifi.
Ideal location close to shops, bars, restaurants, and close to the sea and the beach as well as the tramway and buses. Old town is the historic part of the city of Nice; it is a pedestrian zone.
