The apartment has a prime location along the beach-walk, with sea & beaches across the street and shops & restaurants nearby the building. There is also a large private garage with the apartment.

Charming 2 bedroom apartment of 73 m² with 2 terraces and panoramic sea & mountain views in beautiful Menton between Italy and Monaco. The apartment has a prime location and it's located on the corner of the 4th floor in a nice seafront building. It's fully equipped and consist of; an entrance with cupboard, a separate kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. A large living room on to a terrace with panoramic sea view, two bedrooms (one with double bed & one with 2 single beds) onto a terrace with mountain view, a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and a washing machine, a shower room with a shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a bidet.
There is also a private garage with the apartment. Please notice that the access to our garage is quite narrow, so please be careful if you have a large car. Bed linen, towels, beach towels, water and electricity are included in the rental fee. We have a 4G key for internet/ WIFI in our apartment.
Perfect location on the seafront with the sea and beaches across the street.
Close to everything, shops, restaurants etc. within walking distance.
The airport bus stops just nearby the building (50 m).
